Thank you all for your patience as I continue to work on the design and direction of In My Short Sleeve. If you follow the site closely, you will notice that it’s been a little stagnant as of late. I won’t bore you with the typical, “I haven’t updated because I’ve been so busy with life,” shpeel, but that’s exactly what’s happened.
Another reason why there hasn’t been much of an update is that I’m still working on the direction of In My Short Sleeve. There’s no way that I can compete with Hypebeast or HighSnobiety and I don’t want to. Instead of copying and pasting content directly from brands, I’m working on coming up with a working structure that allows me to curate the content I offer, perhaps mixing different brands of clothing within a single post. Basically, I’m still trying to find my own lane.
I love the relationships that I’ve made through the site. I’ve come across some incredible brands that I wouldn’t likely have discovered.
I will be on vacation next week, but have scheduled some posts to sprinkle onto the site while I’m gone. I look forward to getting back to work on In My Short Sleeve once I get back. Once again, thank you for your patience as I work to make this site valuable for you and the best that it can be.
