Sneaker Freaker and New Balance have come together to produce a new take on the 998 model, which is named and inspired by the Australian marsupial, the Tasmanian Devil. You’ll find a whole-lotta different shades of purple on these guys, including eggplant, violet, mauve, lilac, lavender and a shade even Sneaker Freaker couldn’t come up a name for. There are triangular fangs added to the forefoot and the midsole features peppery speckles.
Sneaker Freaker will making a donation from their sells to save the Tasmanian Devil, which is currently threatened because of a facial tumor disease.
