Akomplice’s “FU$K BP”

Akomplice has a brand new t-shirt design.

The new design is an awesome jab at BP and their selfish and irresponsible actions, using an image of Ariel from Little Mermaid.

The Fu$k BP tee is a quickstrike, meaning it’s offered once, no warning just here and gone.  The tragic Deepwater Horizon disaster in the Gulf is far from the first environmental and economic travesty imposed on us by the oil conglomerate.  This quickstrike joint sums up how we feel about the situation.

“FU$K BP” is available in black, white, teal and yellow for $27 via Akomplice (though some colors have already sold out).

Unscripted’s Statement to BP: “Take 2 and Call Me in the Morning”

On Saturday, Unscripted Clothing is letting loose of their “Mid-Summer Drop” releases.

Amongst them will be their new t-shirt design, “Take 2 and Call Me in the Morning”, a design meant to take a jab at BP and their lame ass response to the destruction their causing our coastlines.

With their shady attempts to limit press coverage of affected sites to less than satisfactory compensations to everyone affected, we think it’s time for BP to have a taste of their own medicine.  Hey BP, take 2 of these pills of your very own oil and call us in the morning!

The t-shirt will be available via Unscripted starting Saturday, with 25% of proceeds heading to The Greater New Orleans Foundation.

“BP Epic Fail” by Nerdy Shirts

If you’ve somehow forgotten, our southern coast is still being completely destroyed by greed and irresponsibility.

While this design from Nerdy Shirts isn’t the most original, it’s getting some shine on here because of my animosity towards BP.

“BP Epic Fail” is available for $14.95 via Nerdy Shirts.

“Drill Baby Drill” by Check It

The concept of this t-shirt is a little stronger than the execution, but the design really made me laugh.  Plus, the destruction of the oil spill continues to irk the hell out of me, so making a statement about how stupid reckless drilling is earns major points with me.

“Drill Baby Drill” is from Check It, and it fits right along amongst their funny and light-hearted designs.

The shirt is available from $14-32, depending on what shirt you want to get the design printed on.  Hit the jump to see additional images.

Carrot Clothing Summer 2010

Carrot Clothing dedicates its line to creating progressive and anti-war designs and have just released their Summer 2010 collection.  This season features work from “not afraid of controversy” artists China Mike and Zevs.

The new season offers t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, button downs and leather jackets.

It’s been 10 years since Alex Gligorich was released from his Serbian jail cell for designing his seminal prototype war resisting t-shirts.  Never in his wildest dreams did he imagine Carrot Clothing to be exploding with the power it is at today.

Their Summer 2010 collection is bluntly named, “F-War.”  Hit the jump to see additional images.

“Do I Look Illegal?” from Rise Up

Pretty much any design that I come across that rags on the current immigration snafoo that’s going on in Arizona is going to get some love on this site.

With that said, I think this design from Rise Up is simple and yet effective.  It gets right to the point of the matter.

Wear this shirt in defiance of the new bill in Arizona and in support of the Arizona citizens who will face harassment every time they step out their doors, the call is out for everyone to ask the question: “Do I look “illegal?”

“Do I Look Illegal?” is available for $24 via Karmaloop.  Be sure to use the discount code INMYSHORTSLEEVE to take 20% off your purchase.

“Illegal Immigration” by Ban T-shirts

A brand new design from Ban T-shirts, which obviously is inspired by the racist b.s. of an immigration law that recently got implemented in Arizona.

Illegal immigration started in 1492. Most people agree there should be controls on immigration, but it should be done in a way that doesn’t persecute people because of the color of their skin or origin.

Get it for $18.50 via Ban T-shirts.
