champagne, kisses, and fuzzy ink = perfect New Years
As soon as your finished popping champagne and kissing the stranger next to you at midnight, stop by Fuzzy Ink, as they’re going to be keeping the party going and bringing in the New Year in their own way.
After watching the ball drop, at midnight (eastern time) they’ll be watching the mustache drop, which will signify the length of their special sale.
If you wait around to see the ’stashe drop all of the way, you will awarded with seeing a brand new design and an opportunity to get that design for a special pre-order price.
This is going to give you the perfect opportunity to get that “Green With Envy” design that I’ve had my eye on as a gift! Or, for yourself if you prefer.
stop the remakes!
This morning’s post is dedicated to the shock I felt recently after hearing about the upcoming remake of Karate Kid.
Granted, this design by Zea Barker is specifically directed towards Gene Wilder remakes, but I think movie studio executives should have to wear these until they allow new and creative ideas back into Hollywood.
Get it for $20 from Wire & Twine.
read books! Or at least act like you do by wearing this Mark Twain shirt…
I need to apologize to Mark Twain, because when I was twelve and forced to read Adventures of Huck Finn, I couldn’t get with it. Why do they start kids too young reading books like this? Now at thirty, I can somewhat grasp the genius of the author.
Obviously, so does Spindustry, because they have a t-shirt design especially for Mr. Mark Twain himself. You can get it for $25, but only if you like it in a men’s cut.
what’s so bad?
Uh yeah, this shirt is beyond dope. From Chalk Brighton, “What’s so bad?” at first looks like a simple typography design, but really it’s an example of being efficient, effective, and powerful with words.
I love the cursive font. I love the color. I love the words.
The words, by the way, are taken by Haruki Murakami, an incredible Japanese author.
“What’s so bad?” is available through Chalk Brighton.
who do YOU listen to?
“Who To Listen To” is a brand new design from Orange Moon Apparel that I find completely hilarious.
You can find it through their own website, with tees starting at $11.99. A men’s version is also available.
Glennz comes with another great one
Glennz released a new design yesterday, and of course it’s something that makes me wish I could come close to creating.
“Caution! Bananas” is now available after voted on by Glennz fans.
Plus, until New Years, Glennz is offering ALL of his designs for $13.95. Get ‘em!
more designs and one more sale week at Threadless
Threadless released a big group of new designs this morning, and are keeping up their $10 sale until the end of the year.
i’ll take my slacker award for dropping the ball on Seibei’s new collection
Seibei dropped their incredible new collection a couple weeks ago and I’m just getting around to posting about it. David at Seibei has put together his best group release of date; an array of cartoon simplicity.
Below is the latest.
And if I don’t get the “Make Me a Sandwich” tee in purple soon I’m going to lose it.
ride safe and love it
This tee reminds me of something that would be worn by the nerdy character in some Indie teenage flick, but I love it nevertheless.
“Ride Safe and Love It.” About bike safety? Or… not.
Give $18 to Vig Tees, you can decide.

taking it back to the old school
“Old School Computer” by Sogeshirts is hilarious and my over thirty old school butt loves it.
All you need is Print and Delete.
Get it starting at $11.99 via Sogeshirts.
so alive
Maybe it’s because we’re getting close to New Years and I’m getting sentimental about where I’m at in my life, but I immediately was taken by this new shirt by Glamour Kills.
“So Alive” utilizes the entire front of the shirt. It’s in your face and yet subtle. And is that the same font used in “Where The Wild Things Are”?
Get it for $24.99 via Glamour Kills.
Flying Mouse’s weekly releases
I’m a little behind in updating this week’s releases from Flying Mouse, so you have three days left to pick these designs up before they’re gone for good.
“Cactus Lover” and “Update Me” are easily my favorites from this week. There are seriously designs every week that I want to purchase. How does this guy do it?
You can get any of the designs below in the next three days for $15 via Flying Mouse.
pears and more pears
Completely random, and yet totally cool. Sajja’s design features a row of light to dark green pears and is being sold through Cosmic Soda.
Get it for $18 (available in both men’s & women’s) via Cosmic Soda.
taking 5 for Christmas…
Merry Christmas to all in my short sleeve readers! Thank you for tuning in to the site. I will be back and ready to rock on Monday, December 28th. Meanwhile, I’ll be cooking turkey, opening presents, and probably being irritated I spent money to go see Sherlock Holmes.
Hope you all have a great holiday!

dance party massacre helps toughen me up
Last week I won a free shirt from Dance Party Massacre (you possibly could too if you followed them on twitter – @dpmassacre) so I thought I would let you know my thoughts. They sent me over “The Sequel,” which they created to celebrate their own “sequel” of making it to another year as a business (super cool), and is limited to 75 shirts.
I actually have it on right now, so I can tell you that the shirt is really soft and fits well (despite that it is a women’s medium and I wear a women’s medium, this is HUGE). The printing looks really sharp… sharper and better quality than most I would say.
The design is super cool. It’s obviously different, but their entire line has their own unique look, and I love that about them. Personally, I wouldn’t have picked this specific design to purchase, but I’m sporting it nevertheless and am loving it.
Plus, considering it’s not atypical to find me whimpering in the corner during the lamest of scary movies, it steps up my toughness status… on the outside anyway.
And the guys sent me stickers and a pin, so they rock. If you’re interested, you can get Dance Party Massacre’s “The Sequel” for the sale price of $14.95, and just maybe it’ll help toughen up your look too.
Thanks guys!
