The Deuce and Bloodbath have come together to create an awesome tank-top, inspired by De La Soul’s “Patti Dooke” (which you can listen to below).

The front of the tank-top reads, “We might blow up, but we won’t go pop.”

The tank comes in both black and gray colorways.  It will be available starting August 17th in both of their online shops.

Try to beat me on ordering this when it becomes available.

Stakes Is DUMHI

Written by . Filed under Music Tees, Typography Tees. Tagged , , , , , . No comments.

Dumhi is an independent hip-hop group that consists of producer Haj Rana Pinja and an array of buddies.  With each album, the emcees change, offering up a slightly different sound and feel to each project.

The group started out by getting together to make music one night over some hash and some pastrami sandwiches.  When the night was over, they had created their first album.

The “Stakes Is Dumhi” t-shirt is a visually play off of De La Soul’s artwork for their 1989 classic album, Stakes Is High.

In 1996 the Stakes were High.  In 2010, the Stakes is DUMHI.

Printed on American Apparel and available now for $19.99 via Dumhi

Hit the jump to hear the latest from Dumhi, featuring emcee Elucid and entitled, “No Redemption” off their upcoming June release, The Jungle.
