This week DURKL presented their Winter Hat Collection, which features new snapbacks, 5-Panels and beanies.

DURKL released their Holiday 2011 Beanie Collection. There are two different styles, both of which are available in multiple colorways.

This Saturday, those in the Washington DC area need to get their butts over to DURKL and take advantage of their warehouse sale.

All goods that are left over from Fall 2010 and Spring 2011, which include tees, hats, denim, shorts, shirts, fleece and jackets, will be on the floor. You can purchase a $100 bag or a $200 bag and then take as much as you can fit in your bags.

The event takes place on Saturday, September 10 at 443 Eye Street NW, Washington DC.

Durkl dropped Delivery 2 of their Spring 2011 Collection.

The line contains some great basics for late Spring including short-sleeved chambray shirts, cutoff khaki shorts and a long sleeved chambray zip-up. A highlight of the line is the Navajo shorts, constructed of vibrant navajo patterned fabric.

There is also the usual fleecewear, buttondown shirts, snapbacks and tees that we come to expect from Durkl.

In commemoration of the assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. on April 4th, 1968, Durkl released their “DC Riot Tee.” The tee features a photo of the riots that occurred in Washington, D.C. following the event.

The DC Riot Tee features a photograph taken in 1968 of the corner of 14th and U st. and the devastation the neighborhood endured. The photo shows a national guardsman directing traffic, while fire trucks work in the distance. The damage to buildings is also shown, with the corner building reduced to rubble. As we progress as a society and as a city, it’s important to remember and respect the history within it.

As part of their Spring 2011 release, Durkl introduced the Waterproof Ripstop Jacket.

The Jacket is a lightweight anorak styled shell constructed of heavy duty ripstop nylon finished with a waterproof spray.

The jacket also features waterproof taped YKK zippers for the three pockets in the front and the main 2-way zipper. The jacket also has a drawcord waist, custom 3m zipper pulls, velcro-elastic cuffs and a toggle hood.

Durkl recently released their new Spring 2011 Collection.
