Homage “Stay Hungry Stay Foolish”

Written by . Filed under Artsy Tees. Tagged , . No comments.

In a tribute to Steve Jobs, Homage released their “Stay Hungry Stay Foolish” tee.

“Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t be trapped by dogma — which is living with the results of other people’s thinking. Don’t let the noise of others’ opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most importantly, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.” – Steve Jobs

It’s available for $28 via Homage. Plus, 100% of the shirt’s proceeds will benefit the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network.

Written by . Filed under Sport Tees, Vintage Tees. Tagged , , , , . No comments.

HOMAGE has released a tee designed to pay tribute to Jesse Owens.  On the front is an image of the guy in the middle of doing his thing.

“Perhaps no athlete better symbolized the human struggle against tyranny, poverty and racial bigotry. His personal triumphs as a world-class athlete and record holder were the prelude to a career devoted to helping others. His work with young athletes, as an unofficial ambassador overseas, and a spokesman for freedom are a rich legacy to his fellow Americans.” – President Jimmy Carter

“Jesse Owens” is available for $28 via HOMAGE.  They’ve got a discount code available, hero, which will take 20% off your purchase.

The latest hometown-pride t-shirt from HOMAGE is “Ohio U”, a design celebrating the local university.

You’ve got to love the hometown love that HOMAGE displays with each of their pieces.

From 1960 to 1970, Ohio U’s student population went from 8,000 to 17,000. To keep up with the unprecedented growth, the university embarked on an ambitious expansion plan that included the addition of the West Green and the South Green, Seigfred Hall, Morton Hall, Alden Library and the Convocation Center.

“East vs. West” from HOMAGE

Written by . Filed under Sport Tees, Vintage Tees. Tagged , , , , , , . No comments.

The buzz around the NBA playoffs this year seems to be stronger than most years, now that we have the incredibly talented players of Kobe Bryant and Lebron James.  HOMAGE just released a new design which captures that magical feeling that playoffs can bring, paying tribute to the old Lakers and Celtics rivalry from the past.

Throughout the 1980s, The Los Angeles Lakers & Boston Celtics engaged in a series of epic battles on the hardwood that spawned one of the greatest rivalries in sports. Though Larry Bird’s quiet, blue-collar demeanor clashed with Magic Johnson’s flashy “Showtime” style of play, the two ignited a passion for basketball in a whole new generation of fans with their selfless, team-first style of play. Magic and Bird played the game the right way.

“East vs. West” is available now for $24 via HOMAGE.
