Seriously? Homage has somehow kicked it up a notch from their already impressive offerings with their new Varsity Jacket. The United States made slim classic style jacket features quilted lining, angled front pockets, button closure, wool felt applique “H” at the chest and chain-stitched “Homage” embroidery under the pocket.
The jacket will be released tomorrow, January 25th, at 9am PST. It’s limited to 100 pieces and I’m guessing they’re going to disappear pretty quickly. Gets your via Homage.
The Bay has been buzzing over the last couple of days after the San Francisco Giants took home this year’s World Series trophy. Homage, despite that they’re based in Ohio, are true sports lovers at heart and have released a new tee for those celebrating on the West Coast.
Humm Baby pays tribute to former manager Roger Craig’s inspirational tagline from the 1980s, but makes note of the Giants’ recent two World Series titles in three years.
If you don’t have a Homage tee in your collection yet, you’ll be blown away at the quality of their pieces. They’re so extremely soft and I wear mine regularly.
HOMAGE presents their Pay Homage Collection, which is inspired by those who came before in the world of sports.
The Collection features tees, all of which are inspired by sayings or famous quotes from sports history, an incredibly sick Classic Fitted Wool Cap, as well as an array of goods any sports fan would love – mesh shorts, tube socks, a frisbee, a button, a stadium cup, popcorn, a backpack, a keychain and a 1941 Zippo lighter.
A more in depth look at the Collection is coming soon, but I didn’t want you to miss out on these goods.
Homage released their One Chance tee, which pays tribute to the achievements of elite track star Jesse Owens.
The tee features an image of Owens taking off out of the blocks and the phrase, “One Chance is All You Need,” underneath. The phrase is a quote from Owens after he was asked about the four gold medals (100 meter sprint, 200 meter sprint, long jump, 4 X 100 meter relay) he won at the 1936 Olympics in Berlin.
If you’re familiar with your history, you’ll recognize that the 1936 Berlin Olympics occurred just before World War II, which makes Owens’ achievements even more awesome. Owens, being an African American, dominated right smack dab in front of Adolf Hitler’s face.
One Chance is an online exclusive. Get it for $28 via Homage.
In a tribute to the Bash Brothers, Mark McGwire and Jose Conseco, and their incredible performance for the Oakland A’s in the late 1980′s, Homage presents their Bash Brothers tee. The tee is appropriately bright green and features yellow printing.
Homage released a handful of new baseball-inspired tees today, including their Bye Bye Baby design, which is inspired by Russ Hodges’ radio broadcast call in 1951 during Bobby Thompson’s “Shot Heard ‘Round the World.”
Hodges’ words during the call were eventually used in a song used to introduce San Francisco Giants’ games on the local station, KSFO.
Bye Bye Baby is available for $28 via Homage. For a limited time, use discount code BALLGAME to take 15% off your order.

Homage released two tees this week, each of which asks the age-old question, “Where’s the Beef?”
The first design is titled “Clara Peller.” The second tee is aptly titled, “Where’s the Beef?”
On January 10th 1984, actress Clara Peller stared down a giant hamburger bun that surrounded a not-so-giant hamburger and asked, “Where’s the beef?” The Wendy’s ad went as viral as it could in the mid-‘80s, appearing in TV shows, films, magazines, and even political campaigns.

The new tees from Homagedon’t feature any Giants’ pieces, but they have a special spot in my heart nonetheless because they remind me of hanging out at one of my favorite places on earth– a baseball stadium.
Their new tees do pay tribute to classic baseball players, items and stadiums, including Babe Ruth, Municipal stadium and Big League Chew.
They’ve also added to their “Surf Ohio” Collection with a couple of new tanks.
All items can be ordered via Homage. Plus, use discount code, dad, through June 19 to take 10% off your order.
