Our friends at 5733 have collaborated with Bay Area publication East Bay Express to produce a new line of tanks and tees that pay tribute to their mutual hometown of Oakland, CA. The new line is called Loakal.
Right now they offer two designs, including Diverse City, which features an image of Lake Merritt and the surround neighborhoods, and their logo piece, LOAKAL, which clearly utilizes the colors of the Oakland Athletics.

True Clothing released their Holiday 2011 Lookbook, which features some new goods to help Bay Area folk stay cozy throughout the winter.
Given the mild climate in the Bay Area, True focuses its collection on medium weight fleece, beanies, snapbacks & tees for both men & women.
The Lookbook was shot in the Haight Ashbury district in San Francisco, which is True’s home base.

The Blonde Collective released two new styles of tees this week.
The new offerings include “The New City” ($30) and “The DJ” ($25).

“Sour Apple” is a tee by New Gotham Designs which pays tribute to their hometown of New York City.
The big apple symbol is traditionally illustrated simply as a big red apple. We flipped it a little bit and made it a granny smith in order to convey the less than sweet side of the city; we also threw in some recognizable structures from the downtown skyline for a strong visual tie between the world famous symbol and the place that it represents.
