Yay! After such a positive response to their San Francisco Giants design, The Imaginary Zebra and MKP have joined forces once again, this time to celebrate the success of one of the Bay’s football teams, the San Francisco 49ers.
The sports teams in the Bay Area have blessed us with some amazing seasons as of late. I’m glad I get to live here.
On a side note, I’m glad that Imaginary Zebra and MKP decided to include Alex Smith on the design. Happy for Kaep, but Alex made a huge impact on our season this ear.
This item will be available in two colorways and in three styles. It will be available for pre-order only, meaning they’re only going to print the number of goods that are pre-ordered. You snooze, you lose.
With the 49er game later today, my mind is on the red and gold. I’ll be hanging out with family and watching the game. Adapt Advancers recently released a collection of tees and sweatshirts celebrating our new quarterback, Colin Kaepernick. He’s an exciting player, and even though I feel bad for Alex Smith, who was replaced even after playing his best, Colin looks like a guy who’s going to make things happen.
Check out the tees and crewnecks below. Orders can be made via Adapt Advancers.
No Mas has released some new goods that pay tribute to the great Muhammad Ali. Included in the release is the Ali Drawing tee, which features an actual drawing by Ali himself, as well as the Float Like a Butterfly snapback.
They’re both available now via No Mas. Right now you can use code XMAS to get free shipping.
I love that Sergio Romo of the San Francisco Giants is finally getting the attention he deserves. I’ve been harassing the team store for years to get a Romo tee. Luckily, Adapt Advancers has made and released their own.
Sergio 54 is available in black and women tanks for women (no tee for some reason) and a men’s cut tee. Get it via Adapt Advancers.
The Bay has been buzzing over the last couple of days after the San Francisco Giants took home this year’s World Series trophy. Homage, despite that they’re based in Ohio, are true sports lovers at heart and have released a new tee for those celebrating on the West Coast.
Humm Baby pays tribute to former manager Roger Craig’s inspirational tagline from the 1980s, but makes note of the Giants’ recent two World Series titles in three years.
If you don’t have a Homage tee in your collection yet, you’ll be blown away at the quality of their pieces. They’re so extremely soft and I wear mine regularly.
Things are incredibly exciting right now if you’re a San Francisco Giants’ fan, which I am. The Imaginary Zebra, based out of the Bay, shares my sentiments. Benton at The Imaginary Zebra just launched a pre-order for his Giants World Series design, which is available on both a black tee and black crewneck sweatshirt.
You have until October 28 to get your pre-order in. The tee is $25 and the sweatshirt is $45. Make your orders via The Imaginary Zebra.
Bumpy Pitch presents their BPFC Laurel Crest BCA tee, which was released to support Breast Cancer Awareness month. The tee is available exclusively during the month of October and a portion of the profits will be donated to breast cancer research.
Grab the BPFC Laurel Crest BCA tee for $30 via Bumpy Pitch.
We’re huge San Francisco Giants fans around here. Still, we root for the Athletics and we’re so pumped for the A’s and their fans yesterday as they made the unbelievable comeback and won the AL West Division. Congrats to the A’s and their fans!
It seems like an appropriate time to highlight the Carry a Big Stick tee from the crew at Charlie Noble. The tee is just $12 right now and available via Charlie Noble.
HOMAGE presents their Pay Homage Collection, which is inspired by those who came before in the world of sports.
The Collection features tees, all of which are inspired by sayings or famous quotes from sports history, an incredibly sick Classic Fitted Wool Cap, as well as an array of goods any sports fan would love – mesh shorts, tube socks, a frisbee, a button, a stadium cup, popcorn, a backpack, a keychain and a 1941 Zippo lighter.
A more in depth look at the Collection is coming soon, but I didn’t want you to miss out on these goods.
Homage released their One Chance tee, which pays tribute to the achievements of elite track star Jesse Owens.
The tee features an image of Owens taking off out of the blocks and the phrase, “One Chance is All You Need,” underneath. The phrase is a quote from Owens after he was asked about the four gold medals (100 meter sprint, 200 meter sprint, long jump, 4 X 100 meter relay) he won at the 1936 Olympics in Berlin.
If you’re familiar with your history, you’ll recognize that the 1936 Berlin Olympics occurred just before World War II, which makes Owens’ achievements even more awesome. Owens, being an African American, dominated right smack dab in front of Adolf Hitler’s face.
One Chance is an online exclusive. Get it for $28 via Homage.
Gap is preparing for this month’s Olympic Games with their Collection of Vintage Olympic Tees. Our favorite is their Olympic Vintage Tee – London design, which features a vintage graphic from former Olympic games on a charcoal heather tee.
Available for $29.95 via Gap. Check out the other designs here.
Just in time for the upcoming Summer Olympics, Fully Laced and Adapt Advancers have come together to present their Olympia Collection. The Collection consists of tees and beanies that represent 13 different countries, and a single nylon coach jacket.
Below are selected images from the Collection’s Lookbook. Check out the entire Lookbook here, and make your orders at Adapt. or via Karmaloop (where you can use “rep code” INMYSHORTSLEEVE for a discount).
